Officers responded to a verbal dispute on Chunley Court and a disconnected call where a female was heard screaming. Despite callbacks, no person could be reached. A subsequent respond with lights and siren response occurred at Maria Montessori School and staging was involved with backup arriving; situation was later cleared no further assistance needed.

A welfare check was initiated for a grandmother reportedly trapped in her room by her son Stephen who has a violent history including previously pulling a firearm on her. Officers coordinated a response, attempted phone contact with the grandmother, and did records checks on the son, while managing a tense situation at the scene.

Police responded to reports of a possible drunk driver in the McDonald's drive-thru. The suspected white Toyota Corolla left the drive-thru and parked in a rocky area of the parking lot where officers monitored the situation.
Around 12:27 • Nugget Market, Whitney Ranch Parkway, Rocklin
A 48-year-old suspect was taken into custody in connection to a shoplifter incident at the Nugget Market. Officers coordinated response and coverage while clearing other units from the call.

Throughout the day numerous vehicle license plate and registration checks were conducted including a silver Chevy with Washington plates near Stanford Ranch Road, a 2016 Honda with plates from Antelope, and vehicles with suspended licenses or expired registrations. No active warrants or significant violations were confirmed in most cases.

Units Paw 3 and Paw 57 responded to a silent emergency alarm at the European Wax salon. It was later judged to be an accidental activation pending confirmation from the alarm company; all units were eventually cleared to resume patrol.
